Waste Management is a key part of our drive for sustainability and to help us with our aim of being the most environmentally friendly Cookery School in Britain.
We have developed an A-Z disposal guide for most of the waste generated at Colstoun this should be used in conjunction with common sense and ingenuity to ensure that we limit the amount of waste we produce.
Please always think "can this be used again", "is this recyclable" and "might someone else be able to use this" before throwing anything away. You will notice around Colstoun that we have a large amount of recycling bins. If you are going to throw something out, please make sure it goes in the correct bin.
